Awesome I all I can say about this guys service. I work A LOT this guy understood I told him about my problem with my window and he instantly got on it… he did a diagnostic on my window seen the problem. I got the part next day and he came my window fix like new … best thing about it. He came to my job. I won’t go to no one else for my car 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

We live in Virginia but today, on a Sunday, my daughter found herself stuck with car trouble in Raleigh, NC after a concert. This amazing mechanic was first of all available, was kind and helpful, and made her feel safe in this scary situation. He diagnosed her car and helped her get safely home, all at a reasonable price. I cannot thank him enough or recommend him more!

Matthew is AMAZING. All I can say is amazing. He answered our my call promptly and provided FANTASTIC customer service over the phone - professional, friendly, and with GENUINE care - and it only got BETTER from there. I am from Virginia and was going to be left stranded by myself if it wasn’t for him. He met me in between his other appointments. I requested a diagnostic due to a screeching noise on my driver side, and he IMMEDIATELY found the issue, but ran a diagnostic for me anyway just to be sure there were no other immediate concerns. The ENTIRE time, he showed true genuine care, did not take advantage of me in any way (as a single woman this is a big concern of mine and absolutely plays a role into where I go), and was extremely THOROUGH and knowledgeable. It is clear that auto repair and service are his passions. I just wish I was closer to him to make him my regular mechanic!!!! Still saving his number in case I‘m ever in need and in the area, and sharing his information with all of my friends here in NC because nobody can beat this level of service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had my timing belt and water pump replaced, plus coolant and oil filled. The mechanic did a great job — fair price, quick turnaround, and really knew what they were doing. My car runs smooth and quiet now. He even explained different settings on the car. Honest and professional service. I would highly recommend.

I had a flat and couldn’t get the tire changed because it was on a hill and didn’t have tire key. He came out and quickly figured out a solution and put on the spare. Super friendly and reliable. I would definitely call for any car help.

Matthew (the owner) was very quick, reliable, and trustworthy. We were in from out of town when our car started making a scary noise, and Matthew did a great job getting us back on the road. Big bonus that his company is open on Sundays (yes, 24-hrs, roadside assistance, & Sundays!!!)! He is very flexible (2 locations and even an option to travel to you, if needed/within the area). Great pricing, transparent, and got us on the road quickly. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, yet Matthew immediately gave us a great impression! He did a thorough inspection of our vehicle, and continued to inspect after finding an issue to make sure nothing was missed. He also showed us pictures and videos of the issues to make sure we could see for ourselves. Also just a bonus with how nice and respectful he is- it makes a difference.

I had just moved to Raleigh and didn’t have a mechanic yet when my Subaru started overheating and misfiring late on a Wednesday night. He was the first person who actually picked up the phone and was incredibly helpful from the start. He is one of the most transparent mechanics I’ve ever worked with, he even sent videos explaining exactly what was going on with my car so I could understand the repairs. As a veterinary student with a really demanding schedule, it’s hard for me to coordinate transportation or be without a car for long. He kept me updated frequently and worked hard to get everything fixed thoroughly but also as quickly as possible so I could get back on the road. I’m really grateful for the honesty, communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend!
